Since day one, our Heidi Boo has been impressing and charming people with her skills and her Southern “Je ne sais quoi”. Jennifer Scweibinz says, “Working with Heidi is always a positive experience! When cases were slow, she jumped on one of mine with me and before I knew it, our adrenaline was up and we were seamlessly slipping into an efficient divide and conquer approach. She was very patient, explained things well, did not act annoyed at my millions of follow up questions, and was happy to give me extra experience or help when I asked. Heidi will always be a very special member of DNAngels to me.” Heidi’s sister, Cindy Billingsley said “As Heidi’s sister, I’ve witnessed her truly finding her calling as a genetic genealogist. With her exceptional abilities and unwavering passion, she has proven to be one of the best! Heidi possesses a unique talent for establishing deep connections with each of her clients, offering them comfort and encouragement. She excels as a dedicated Case Manager, consistently extending her helping hand and uplifting other angels; while also managing our caseload with her fellow Case Manager Rachel. Her contributions also extend behind the scenes, encompassing tasks like documenting donations, composing weekly Facebook donation updates, and special projects. Witnessing her contributions to the organization fills me with immense pride, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to call her my sister.”
